iFeel Bluetooth on M1

For the life of me, I do not understand why a 2 year old Macbook pro (Sonoma) can not run iFeel Bluetooth. My computer runs and connects to the iFeel BT-it also shows up in Alive but when I run a session, it does not work. Someone needs to update the Alive program for compatibility. This sensor is amazing!

I am an independent therapist in practice. Most of us use Apple computers. In the circles I run in, the biggest complaint why they do not bother with Biofeeback is the nightmares of trying to get software to work with hardware. There is just no support for macs, but there are thousands of therapist that I would bet RUN to biofeedback if the software just worked. I NEVER had issues with any macintosh software. NEVER. Its only when sloppy x86 developers turn Apple software that I am reminded why I switched to Mac OS.

Please address this problem with iFeel Bluetooth. Apple OS is most at home with Bluetooth than Windows!

Unfortunately macOS updates introduced incompatibilities with the manufacturer's drivers for iFeel Bluetooth. We spent over a year of full time work updating Alive for macOS, but macOS changes their requirements so often it always costs us more to update for macOS than we make selling for macOS. I wish they maintained compatibility with old software, like Windows does, instead of forcing constant major updates to maintain compatibility with new releases. I don't think we will be able to make iFeel Bluetooth work on macOS, sorry!
