Skin conductance "Normal" levels

Are there any Normal/population average levels of skin conductance that I should take into consideration or is all about where I am relative to the starting base line?

Only relative changes are of clinical significance. In fact, across devices you will get different "absolute" readings of uSiemens on the same body. Also the value strongly depends on things such as thickness of the skin, ambient humidity, etc. Even with the same person and same device, comparing readings across two days doesn't necessarily give any information.
