Graphing and training multiple measurements simultaneously

Hi GP8 Amp users,
I just got a question and I thought its important to post the answer to this.
The question was around training multiple measurements/parameters/modalities, such as skin sweat and temperature, and if that was more difficult for a user.
Regarding training multiple measurements at the same times, yes, that's much harder, and only some Alive displays can do that.
Generally how I would use multiple measurements is to view them on multiple graphs and help me understand more about what is going on with the user. For example if you are training HRV, but see that temperature is decreasing while HRV is staying high, you may wish to switch to temperature training, or at least know that there is something stressing the user out, even though HRV is high.
Best,
Ryan
