Iom scl not very sensitive

Hi Ryan if I do hand warming exercises first and then try scl training would the scl training be more responsive

Hi Ateeq,
Anything that makes your fingers more sweaty will increase SCL, but if the IOMs SCL doesn't move much when you train (even if you try to get excited, snap your fingers on the hand without the sensors, etc.) its best to stay training with smoothness.
Hopefully the SCL on the GP8 Amp will work better for you.
