Hi Richard,
1) Accumulated Smoothness and Spectral graphs are available only in Alive Clinical
2) Raw Coherence Value is similar in some ways to an entrainment parameter. Raw Coherence Value is the ratio of good to bad frequencies.
3) I don't know what you mean by Heartmath sensor calibration. The emWave device needs to calibrate each time you start Alive / attach the sensor. In general coherence is not the same as smoothness, although it is similar. Both measure heart rate frequencies but smoothness is much faster to react, and therefore more suitable for games and general training. You can choose from Coherence feedback if you prefer it / are more used to it, in the Alive main menu feedback drop down.
