Is Alive available for use with emwave sensors?
Can the Clinical version of Alive use emwave or IOM sensors interchangebly?

Hi Kris,

Yes, Alive and Alive Clinical are both available for use with emWave sensors.

For example at
http://www.somaticvision.com/products/aliveclinical (Clinical version)
-or-
http://www.somaticvision.com/products/alive
choose Alive Clinical for the HeartMath emWave sensor

To get Alive to work with both sensors you need to purchase a $50 Dual Compatibility Upgrade, available on those same pages. Otherwise Alive only works for the sensor you purchase it for.

When I make a download purchase can I also receive the disc?

Hi Kris,

You need to choose download or disk for some products. Other products are only available as a download.

If you wish to order Alive (which is only available as a download through somaticvision.com), and live in the U.S., you can make a note while ordering that you would like to receive a physical disk, and we will send you one.

Alive is constantly being updated, though, so downloading the latest version online is generally a good idea. Alive will always be available for download online, and the version online will always be more recent than any disks.
