Particle editor not free?

Good Morning,

Greetings from Northeast Thailand!

I installed Alive! and began practicing a few months ago. Today, for the first time, I finally installed Particle Editor 2. I can't recall how I happen to have the download link or where in came from. In any event, after my first session, I got a nag notice about number of trials left. I thought Particle editor was included in my original purchase. No? So, is there a way to buy PE2, or do I have to buy PE3 for $89 bucks, or what?

Thanks for your help.

P.S. I said PE2, but perhaps it isn't. I can't find the version number. It is whichever version that came with Alive!

Hi Rex,

Particle Editor doesn't come with Alive.

Alive is expandable, and new programs will continue to be available within the Alive framework. Owners of Particle Editor (the old version that is not part of Alive) can use Particle Editor in Alive now for free.

This means that all of the Alive session recording, and review, including the option of having the secondary graphing screen open, all becomes possible with Particle Editor.

Particle Editor is still a separate purchase, if you don't already own it, at $89. You can purchase Particle Editor for Alive at www.somaticvision.com/particleeditoralive/

Best,

Ryan
