I see from your screenshot your issue is with Advanced Media Player for Cygnet. These forums are for Alive. For Cygnet issues, EEG Info or BeeMedic handles all Cygnet related support.
When you opened Firefox, did you then open Netflix in Firefox, and watch a movie? That's required. You should try installing Firefox again, then immediately logging in to Netflix in that version of Firefox you just installed and watching a movie for a few seconds.
