Problem registering Alive Clinical

Hello,

I did the registration just before the 6th trial but then Alive is not opening after the last trial available!
Now, when I try to launch Alive I receive a message"Activation" : "Would you like to register...". But I have already registered and saved the number and computer code as well.

What can I do to make Alive work?
During the trial version it was working perfectly. And it works without the sensor.

Hi Giulio,

This issue is generally when you register Alive for one sensor, but have a different sensor attached.

For example if you purchase Alive Clinical for IOM, and register with an Alive Clinical for IOM serial number, Alive will open properly when you have only the IOM sensor attached. If you open Alive instead with an emWave sensor attached, or perhaps with both sensors attached, it may ask you to register as you are trying to open a version of Alive that you have not registered.

For $50 you can purchase the Dual Compatibility Upgrade for Alive that allows it to work with both IOM and emWave sensors (only one at a time though).

Hello,

I have a different problem at this moment.

I have one registration of ALIVE CLINIC on my private clinic computer, and i recently registered the second time on a computer i recieved from the company i work for. The problem is that the computer was not working well and i returned it back, and recieved a new one insted, and I can not register this computer because it says i have already used my two registraions and need to disactivate another.
What to do? How do I unsubscribe from the computer i returned back?

Hi Imri,

In the future, you need to make sure you Deactivate Alive before you return a computer, upgrade Windows, take your computer to the shop, switch computers, or do anything that may cause you to lose an activation of Alive.

To Transfer Activation open Alive, then in the Choose User screen press the Transfer Activation button (you will then check the box next to your serial number and follow the instructions shown).

In this case, where you don't have access to your computer, you need to e-mail us your serial number and we will check if we can unlock it for an additional activation.
