Hi there!
After upgrading the OS on my Mac from 10.8 to the current version 10.11 (El Capitan) the Alive software (version 2.2.2) won't start.
Although the USB-Senor-modul (emWave Pro) is properly connected I got the error message "Alert. Feedback sensor hardware not connected to the computer. Please connect your compatible sensor, … and then restart the programm."
What can I do?
Thanks in advance,
Jan.

Re: Sensor couldn’t be recognized after upgrading to MacOS 1
Hi Jan,
Have you tried reinstalling Alive?
If that doesn't work let me know. We have not tried it with 10.11. Let me now if it doesn't work after reinstalling.
Best,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,
thanks for the quick answer.
Well, no, reinstallation doesn’t fix it …

Hi Ryan!
I’m wondering, if a compatibility-fix for MacOS 10.11 is already available …
Would be great to be able to work with Alive again.

Hi Jan,
The latest version of Alive at www.somaticvision.com/trial.php?M=D works with Mac OS X 10.11
