Train Heart Rate Range

Hi Ryan can I do do this in alive with dualdrive on automatic ,I did try it just went with smoothness

Hi Ateeq,

From the main menu there are two black drop down buttons in the middle of the screen. The one on the left needs to be set to Heart Rate Range. If you set it to automatic it will automatically train you to raise heart rate range. If you set it to manual you need to configure the secondary graphing screen (that will open) setting the starting and target range lines. The secondary graphing screen, if not already open, will open when you open Dual Drive.
