I have Alive installed on a Windows 10 PC and on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10+. I use the emWave earclip sensor.
While the Mac app runs well, under Windows 10 I cannot save sessions, even after uninstalling Alive and Reinstalling.
The errors alternate between Somatic Vision's server denying access and a simple failed to save: unable to open folder.

Windows 10 Server error 5, access denied; Save Error
Re: Windows 10 Server error 5, access denied; Save Error
Hi DefRef,
Alive is working well on our Windows 10 machines here. I have a couple questions and suggestions.
1) Is your documents folder in the normal place? Alive saves things to your documents folder, so if it is on a network drive, a disconnected drive, or has other issues Alive saving may fail. Is the computer your personal computer or is it part of a business network?
2) Have you tried running Alive as an administrator? Right click Alive -> Run as Administrator. This isn't normally required but if your regular user doesn't have write permissions in your documents folder for some reason...
3) We have an Alive 2.0 update. If the above doesn't help you should try installing it to see if that helps:

Best,
Ryan
