We have both Inner Tube and Particle Editor 3 that my 11 year old daughter has been using over the past three years. We have just gotten her a new computer. In setting up her new computer, and retiring the old one, I noted that there was no documented way to install the software on the new computer. Can you assit me in how I can get the software installed on her new computer.

Hi Jim,
To get Particle Editor and/or Inner Tube on to a new computer, simply install on the new computer. You should have up to three installations.
If you no longer have the disks, download the trial of the appropriate product, which you can find on the individual products pages. Click a product from http://www.somaticvision.com/products/
You do need to have your original serial number, but if you don't have it I may be able to find it for you. Contact customer service directly using the orange button on the left side of the page here: http://www.somaticvision.com/support
