Hi,
Can you please let me know the specific error message? Netscape isn't an Alive error message.
There isn't any time limit to the trials, but they use up pretty quickly, since each time you switch displays you use a trial.
Best,
Ryan

Re: TRIAL STOPPED
Hello, thanks for response, I wrote down the error message but don't have that paper here in my office, I downloaded a netscape plugin and then got 4 more (quick) sessions going before my 20 expired, ( i did waste some trial sessions previous with the error thing), the message was something about "netscape plugin not located" it's not that exactly, it was a small print message in the middle of a blank page, which was odd as the program had run previously... anyway, I'm out of trial sessions, which is okay, I got a decent sense of the program, I'm now just debating cost plus what would i gain to add this to my practice as I use emwave desktop, I would like to add GSR with IOM but that would put me more expense, so then I would think of purchasing wilddivine but more expense... etc., anyway, that's where I'm at, I like your product, some concerns about support and also logging/accessing/printing client sessions/stats, etc. I liked the kubios addition but data storage and display not as intuitive or clear, it seems to me, as emwave. Anyway, I'll continue debating the pros and cons... thanks, Ken Hoeck, LMHC

Hi Ken,
Downloading a Netscape plugin shouldn't affect Alive, but you could always try uninstalling and reinstalling Internet Explorer if you can't fix the problem. Alive does depend on a working installation of Internet Explorer / .NET components.
The data review using the review button on the left side of the Alive main menu should be pretty straightforward. At first you see all sessions for that user, then double click any session to see the detailed review. The clinical view options are far more comprehensive. For an explanation of that huge number of graphs please refer to the Clinical manual.
For more advanced users you can use the Excel templates:
http://www.somaticvision.com/aliveexcel/
Or the Kubios review as you mentioned:
http://www.somaticvision.com/5
For printing the Excel templates are the way to go, or you can take a screenshot of the Alive review in Alive.
Best,
Ryan
