To give myself a more peaceful night’s sleep, I like to do a bit of Alive before heading to bed.
I find the "Safe Place" workshop to be particularly good for helping me to bring about a very relaxed state.
This Alive Workshop is short enough so it doesn't interfere with the sleep schedule that I am trying to maintain.
It not only helps me to go to sleep, it also promotes an inner smile which seems to prepares me for sweet dreams. 'When I don't feel I have 10 or so minutes to do a workshop before bed, I like doing a few minutes of the Alive Environment "Breath Spirals" - and that seems to do the trick every time!
