I have a MacBook Pro running OS Ventura 13.4.1. I just downloaded the Alive software while in a Biofeedback class at Saybrook University. My professor was unable to sort out how to help me and directed me here. While the software looks functional, I am unable to change my BVP source away from iFeel to utilize either of the two finger sensors included with my kit. I tried to include a screenshot here, but don't have that option for some reason. I've been so excited to use this equipment, and now that my class is in session I really need to be able to participate. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Amy

Re: Mac Problems
Hi Amy,
I believe at Saybrook they use Alive Pioneer with the GP8 Amp which is only compatible with Windows. For full macOS compatibility requirements please see https://www.somaticvision.com/macOSCompatibility
