Re: Advanced Media player does not work
I see from your screenshot your issue is with Advanced Media Player for Cygnet. These forums are for Alive. For Cygnet issues, EEG Info or BeeMedic handles all Cygnet related support. When you opened Firefox, did you then open Netflix in Firefox, and watch a movie? That's required. You should try in...

Re: Taking a deeper look at Alive session data
Hi, If you are using the GP8 Amp and turn on Save All Raw Data (in the choose user screen in Alive) most data channels get an extra high data rate save file. Respiration did not have one of these, but it should. We are working now on an update that will add raw high data rate files for respiration. ...

Re: Unyte IOM2 sensor?
Hi Will,
We are waiting until GSR (skin conductance) is ready and then will evaluate the sensor to see if the signal quality is sufficient. If so, we plan on adapting Alive to work with the IOM2 by Unyte.
Best,
Ryan

Re: Problem registering Alive Clinical
Hi Imri, In the future, you need to make sure you Deactivate Alive before you return a computer, upgrade Windows, take your computer to the shop, switch computers, or do anything that may cause you to lose an activation of Alive. To Transfer Activation open Alive, then in the Choose User screen pres...

Re: Averaging smoothness on shorter intervals
HeartMath calculates coherence, so I can't comment much on the details. Also, Somatic Vision's smoothness algorithm is proprietary and a trade secret. That said I can say some things about these. In both cases (coherence & smoothness) an FFT is first used to determine the power of various spectr...

Re: Sensor couldn’t be recognized after upgrading to MacOS 1
Hi Jan,
Have you tried reinstalling Alive?
If that doesn't work let me know. We have not tried it with 10.11. Let me now if it doesn't work after reinstalling.
Best,
Ryan

Re: Particle Editor for Windows 10
What exact error do you get?
Does it work with Alive? Alive gives more info, since it is a more recent program, about finger sensor errors:

Re: Media Player
Hi Ateeq,
In the list of what is provided with the GP8 Amp a long black electrode is not something that is included.
The standard black electrode will also reach the ankle.
