Do you have a compatible graphics card (anything besides Intel embedded graphics)?

In any case, I would try installing the latest version of Alive from https://www.somaticvision.com/getalive

There is also a small videos options from the mini-game top drop down menu, that might help. Or install the latest correct video drivers for your video card.
