Switching Dual Drive to TV Screen Using HDMI Cord

Hello,

We use Dual Drive Xtreme and other Somatic Vision products during neurofeedback sessions here at our clinic. Dual Drive had been working fine for some time (over a year), but recently when we open Dual Drive it maximizes to full screen and will not allow us to move it to another screen that we have hooked up to our computer with an HDMI cord with the PC in "extend" mode. We can no longer use Dual Drive during neurofeedback since it is locked on the laptop screen. Has anyone had this issue before? Any way to fix it?

Hi Amy,

Open Dual Drive. Click "Options" from the Dual Drive Main Menu. On the top of options there is a tab named "Graphics", click it. You'll see a box "Fullscreen" uncheck that, then press "Apply Graphics Settings". You will then be able to resize or move the Dual Drive window.
