Hello, I installed the software three times. The first two times my computer broke down and now the software is installed on only one computer. When I tried to install the software on another computer I got a message that I had to deactivate the software from one of the three computers, but this is not possible because the computers are out of order now.
any Suggestions?

We analyze these on a case by case basis. In the future please deactivate Alive using the Transfer Tool installed with Alive. Go to Start Menu -> Programs -> Alive -> Transfer Activation. This will let you register/activate on a new computer.
In general Alive can be installed on up to two computers, so that people who have a desktop and laptop, with 1 set of sensors, can travel with Alive. If you need to use Alive on more than 1 computer at a time (two people using Alive at the same time, with two different IOM or emWave sensors, in a clinic for example) you need to own two separate copies of Alive according to the license agreement.
