Good Morning,
Quick question. As there is a computer code and pretty tight security, I assume that Alive! can only be used on one computer at a time? If so, is another license for one other computer the same price as the first license?
Thanks.

Re: Multiple computers
Hi Rex,
If you want to use Alive on more than 1 computer at a time you need to purchase another Alive license. Additional licenses are the same price, but if you wish to purchase 5 or more at a time there will be a significant discount.
Best,

Re: Multiple computers
I have a problem....(several actually!). I just got the emWave2 and downloaded the Alive! demo to try. I own 2 old laptops and 1 REALLY old desktop. I would expect any of the 3 may fail the day I install the program after I buy it. If I buy and need to get another computer due to the failure of my existing computer, do I have to REPURCHASE another license? Being a disabled USMC Combat Veteran, my tiny pension is strained a lot already. Luckily for me, HeartMath found out about my need and got me my new unit for a large discount as they REALLY support the folks who have paid the price in the military. But if I buy this Alive! and then my computer I choose to install it on dies, it may darn well kill ME along with it! Please let me know what options I have before I goof up? Thanks,

Re: Multiple computers
Hi Mike,
No, if your computer fails you don't need to purchase a new computer. It is best if you can remove the registration, before the computer is completely unable to turn on, but if you have a new registration of Alive, and install it on a computer that then fails, you already have 2 additional backup registrations possible. If you were to install it on 3 computers, and they were to all fail so completely that you could register, but than not remove the registration on 3 computers which all died at the same time, we might consider that suspicious In general, we grant requests for additional unlocks due to failed computers as needed.
Best,
Ryan

Re: Multiple computers
Thank you Ryan,
I would only put it on 1 laptop & my desktop. As I become more disabled I more & more use a laptop in a wheelchair so POSSIBLY would only use the single laptop? Have to save pension $$$ for the $150.00 emWave software before I can even worry about where to get laptop money.... Never expected to become so disabled so soon in life but this software helps with my pain management more than medication the USMC gives! You can't know what a value it is for Veterans,
Mike
