Clinical Upgrade Questions

Good Morning Ryan,

One more, and then I'll leave you alone for awhile!

I currently have Alive! 1.6.1 and am considering upgrading to the Clinical version. I just want to confirm that the $250 Clinical Upgrade in the shopping carts means upgrading from the personal v. 1.6.1 to the Clinical Version. It doesn't mean upgrading from an early version of Clinical to a newer version of Clinical?

Also, there is a $50 upgrade to be able to use both IOM and emWave sensors. Is that correct? So if I get the IOM upgrade, the Clinical upgrade will work with both sensors.

Also, are there any discount coupons or the like hiding somewhere?

Hi Rex,

The $250 upgrade is from Alive standard to Alive Clinical. I highly recommend it.

To use both hardwares at the same time purchase the $50 Alive Dual Compatibility Upgrade.

Discounts are generally available when purchasing multiple copies of the same product.
